Meet Kaddi!

“I’ve gained 5kg. I need to get back on track.”

That was Kaddi’s message when she came back to coaching.

She originally came to me wanting to lose the 5kg she’d gained, but four months later, she’d already hit her goal. And, one thing about Kaddi, she loves a goal!

She’s ambitious, competitive with herself and always looking for the next way she can become stronger, fitter and feel even better.

When we started working together, the goal was simple: Lose the 5kg she’d gained and reach her goal weight by her birthday in March.

She got there a few months early, so naturally, we moved the goalposts.

What she thought she needed was to lose the weight she’d gained and feel like herself again, but what we actually realised was that weight loss was only the first chapter.

Once Kaddi reached her original goal, we shifted the focus towards becoming stronger, fitter, better fuelled and more confident in what her body could actually do.

What we did:

👉🏼 Reached her original goal weight in just four months
👉🏼 Continued fat loss towards a new goal
👉🏼 Moved through a dedicated muscle-building phase
👉🏼 Improved her fuelling and recovery around CrossFit and running
👉🏼 Built a far more flexible, confident relationship with food and her body

The results…

She smashed her original weight-loss goal ahead of schedule and lost over 23.5lbs
Then competed in the 2026 CrossFit Open and completely surprised herself with how well she performed
And after years of saying “I’m not a runner” she booked a half marathon for October, and is now genuinely enjoying the training
Her CrossFit is stronger
Her running feels good
Her recovery is better
And food has become something that supports what she wants her body to do, rather than something she constantly has to control

Kaddi stopped chasing a smaller body and started discovering just how capable hers could become.

The goal started with losing 5kg, but it became about strength, performance, confidence and continuing to raise the bar for the woman she knew she could be.
