Nutrition Coaching for women who want to lose weight, eat better, feel healthier, have more energy and feel like themselves again, without their health becoming another full-time job, so you can feel in control around food, stay consistent without obsessing, and get on with your life.

You know what matters…
You’ve read the articles, had phases where you did do it properly and you’ve probably saved, screenshotted and downloaded enough recipes to open a small café.
But in real life?
👉🏼 It’s the morning where you skip breakfast because you’re rushing, then promise you’ll “be good” later.
👉🏼 It’s the lunch you grab without thinking, then feel like you’ve already messed the day up.
👉🏼 It’s the 4pm slump where you’re suddenly starving and telling yourself you’ll start again tomorrow.
👉🏼 It’s the evening where you’re tired, you’ve got nothing planned, and food becomes the easiest decision in a day full of hard ones.
And then Monday comes around and you try again...
Slightly more strict, slightly more determined, but also slightly more fed up.
So it’s not that you don’t know what to do. It’s that you keep ending up back in the same cycle, wondering why it never seems to stick.
And if you’re really honest, it’s starting to feel less like a nutrition problem and more like a you problem.
👉🏼 Monday morning you’re back in control! New plan, new groceries, this time it’s different.
👉🏼 By midweek, work runs late, lunch gets skipped, and you’re “just grabbing something” again.
👉🏼 Evening comes and you’re tired, hungry, and suddenly it’s snacks, scrolling, and that familiar guilt creeping in.
Because after enough broken promises, it stops being about the food.
You start wondering whether you can actually trust yourself to follow through anymore.
But, I’m interested in what happens when the plan goes t*ts up.
👉🏼 When work gets hectic.
👉🏼 When you’re exhausted.
👉🏼 When dinner wasn’t planned.
👉🏼 When you’re emotional.
👉🏼 When it’s Friday night and you quite fancy a life.
Because healthy eating that only works under perfect conditions isn't particularly useful.

🔥 You know how to eat in a way that supports you. Not because you’re forcing it, but because it finally feels natural, like something you can actually live with.
🔥 You can lose weight without constantly feeling “on a diet”, without that background noise of guilt, rules and starting over again on Monday.
🔥 A meal out doesn’t need damage control. It just becomes part of your life, not something you have to compensate for or “fix” afterwards.
🔥 A busy week doesn’t mean starting again, because you don’t fall off track anymore... you just keep going, even when things aren’t perfect.
🔥 Food takes up less headspace, so you’re not constantly negotiating, planning, overthinking or second-guessing yourself.
🔥 And you trust yourself to look after yourself, properly, consistently, even when life gets messy, because for the first time, you’re not relying on motivation to hold it all together.
🔥 They finally feel calm around food instead of constantly battling it.
🔥 Weekends, holidays and stressful weeks no longer derail everything. They just flow through them without the “I’ve ruined it now” spiral.
🔥 Food stops taking up so much headspace, like a background noise that’s finally been turned right down.
🔥 And they start to feel genuinely confident in themselves again. Not because everything is perfect, but because they finally trust themselves to handle real life.

I'm far more interested in why looking after yourself keeps feeling so difficult than giving you another list of things you already know you “should” be doing.
Because most women don't need another person telling them to eat protein and drink more water. They need someone who can look at the bigger picture and say…
“Right. THIS is why this keeps happening. Here’s what we’re going to do about it.”
I also offer one-off business mentoring for Nutrition, Fitness and Wellness Coaches and Practitioners who want a second brain on their business, offers, client journey or the bits nobody really teaches you when you start working for yourself.
No six-month mastermind required. Just 60 minutes, your questions and everything I've learnt from building my own coaching business.
If you’re ready to lose weight, eat better and finally feel like you can rely on yourself again, I’d love to help you make this the last time you have to “start again”.
No spam. No daily nutrition lectures. Just useful, honest emails about weight loss, eating better, real life and all the things that make looking after yourself feel harder than it should.
Think practical tips, behind-the-scenes thoughts, client lessons and the occasional overshare I probably should’ve kept to myself.
